Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

1. Who we are

WCAGGuard is a product of AICryptoXpert LLC (“AICryptoXpert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through wcagguard.com and our scanning service (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and look up your subscription status with our payment processor, Stripe, to issue and verify your API key.

Email for reports and sign-in. If you ask for a free emailed report, a sign-in link, weekly monitoring summaries, or a link to restore a one-time purchase, we store your email address to send it and to enforce limits (for example, one free report per address per month).

Scan input. The URL you submit to be scanned, along with the compliance level you choose (AA/AAA). For free demo scans, we also log your IP address briefly, solely to enforce a rate limit (5 scans/hour) and prevent abuse.

Scan output. The accessibility, privacy/consent, SSL, page speed, SEO, and broken-link findings our scan produces for the URL you submitted.

Payment information. We do not collect or store your full card number or other sensitive payment details ourselves — these are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor, under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to: run the scan you requested and return results to you; verify an active subscription before running a full (non-demo) scan; enforce rate limits on free scans; send account- and billing-related communications (such as receipts, which are sent by Stripe); respond to support requests; and maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

4. Third parties we work with

Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. See Stripe’s own privacy policy for how it handles your payment data.

Browserless — runs the headless browser that loads the URL you submit so we can scan it. The page you ask us to scan is loaded transiently to produce your report; we do not use this infrastructure to browse sites you haven’t asked us to scan.

Resend — sends the emails described above (reports, sign-in and restore links, monitoring summaries).

Microsoft Clarity — helps us understand how visitors use the site (for example, clicks, scrolling and which pages are visited). See Section 5.

Cloudflare — hosts the site and processes requests, including IP addresses, to deliver it and protect it from abuse.

5. Cookies

We use browser storage the Service needs to work (for example, remembering your light/dark mode preference and proof of a purchase). We don’t use advertising cookies. We use Microsoft Clarity analytics, which sets cookies and records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, to understand how the site is used; we don’t sell this data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active, and scan history as needed to provide the Service and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. Free-demo rate-limit records are kept only briefly (on the order of hours) before expiring automatically. You can request deletion of your account data at any time — see Section 8.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards (including encrypted connections and reputable third-party infrastructure) to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. To make a request, email support@wcagguard.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
