Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WCAGGuard (the “Service”) is operated by AICryptoXpert LLC (“AICryptoXpert,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wcagguard.com and the scanning, reporting, and related features we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

WCAGGuard scans a URL you provide and reports automated findings related to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 accessibility, and—on paid plans—additional checks covering privacy/cookie-consent signals, SSL certificate status, page speed, SEO basics, and broken links. Automated scanning has inherent limitations: it cannot catch every accessibility or compliance issue, and passing a scan is not a guarantee of legal compliance with the ADA, WCAG, or any other law or standard. You are responsible for how you use scan results, and we strongly recommend manual review and, where appropriate, consultation with a qualified accessibility or legal professional for anything compliance-critical.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing, and to keep your API key and account credentials confidential. You agree not to: scan URLs you do not own or do not otherwise have permission to scan; use the Service to attack, overload, or disrupt any website or system; circumvent rate limits or usage caps; resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops future renewals — access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply to future billing cycles, not periods already paid.

5. Intellectual property

WCAGGuard, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by AICryptoXpert LLC. You retain all rights to the content of the websites you scan and to any reports you generate, subject to your underlying rights in that content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own internal business purposes during an active subscription.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that scan results are complete, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AICryptoXpert LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay amounts due. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
