Every page in scope is checked with the same engine that powers WCAGGuard, against WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
A person works through your key tasks, such as finding a product and checking out, using only a keyboard.
We test with NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone, listening for missing labels, unclear links and broken announcements.
Each issue shows where it is on the page, so nobody has to hunt for it.
Every issue is rated critical, serious, moderate or minor, and mapped to the WCAG success criterion it fails.
Plain-English guidance and code examples your developer can act on, in the order that matters most.
Automated tools catch only some accessibility problems. Many of the issues that block real people, like a menu you can't reach with a keyboard or a button a screen reader announces as "button", only show up when a person tests the site.
Procurement teams often ask for an ACR or VPAT before they sign. The Full Audit gives you one based on real testing.

No. We test your website and explain how to fix what we find. We're not lawyers. For questions about a demand letter, a lawsuit or your legal obligations, talk to a lawyer.
Don't ignore it: note the deadline and the pages it names. Talk to an attorney before you respond, ideally one who has handled ADA website claims, and don't contact the sender yourself unless your attorney says to. Don't take pages down as a quick fix; keep a dated record of your site and of every change you make. Then find out what's actually wrong: test the pages the letter names and your main paths, fix the problems that block people first, and document the work. If you need a written fix list fast, the $299 Emergency Accessibility Audit is delivered in 3 business days.
No. Overlays add a toolbar but don't fix your site's code, and sites that use them still receive demand letters. In January 2025, the FTC ordered one overlay company, accessiBe, to pay $1 million over misleading claims about what its product could do.
You don't need to. The page addresses are enough, and the letter may be best kept between you and your attorney.
No audit or tool can promise that. What an audit does is show you what's wrong, how to fix it, and give you a dated record of the work, which is what you need to make real progress.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which includes everything in WCAG 2.1 AA. It's the standard most accessibility policies, procurement checklists and settlements refer to.
A VPAT is a standard template from the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI). Once it's filled in for your product, it's called an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR). It tells buyers how your product supports each accessibility criterion. Universities and government buyers often require one. Read more in how to get a VPAT.
It varies widely, from a few hundred dollars for a small review to several thousand for a full audit with a VPAT. See how much an accessibility audit costs and what to ask before you buy.
A page layout that repeats across your site, such as your product page, blog post or checkout. Testing one product page covers the layout every product uses, so 15 templates often covers a whole site.
No. We find the issues and tell your developer exactly how to fix them. If you don't have a developer, tell us in the intake form and we can suggest options.
If testing needs a login, the intake form asks which areas. Please don't send passwords in the form; we'll email you to set up a test account.
